Chalk Paint™ Basics, August 12, 2:30-4:30

I heard all of your emails and comments about wanting another basics class in August!  I have just finalized the day and time.  It will be August 12, 2:30-4:30 at the Falls Church Community Center in the Art Room.

You can register online now so grab your seat and bring a friend.  I will have all of the supplies just bring yourself and your list of questions {you know you have a big list!}.

We will discuss and do the following:

- One color application

- Two color applications w/distressing

- Clear & dark wax application

- Distressing and recommended sand paper grit

- Review Home Depot must haves for furniture refreshing

- Lots of time for tons of questions & answers!

You will take home a large sample board that you will have painted, distressed and waxed!

All Classes are held at the Falls Church Community Center

    Would you recomend the chalk paint for stairs? And can you put urathane over the paint if I needed a stronger finish? Would the wax have water bead up if there was a spill that was quickly wipped up?

    Thank you, I have a project in mind and would have used a urathane finish.
