This week in lieu of our guest post and in celebration of Earth week, we thought we’d spotlight some of our favorite Earth-friendly products available in our shop and share a little bit more about them.
These items are made from renewable resources and make great gift ideas for bridal showers, graduations and hostess gifts or just a special treat for yourself. Several of these items can be purchased in our online shop here, as well as our retail store!
Here are a few of our favorites!
1. Jute Totes
These totes are made from jute, a vegetable fiber, that is completely renewable and earth-friendly but also strong and durable. They are perfect for packing for beach trips or spring picnics and for keeping in the car for grocery trips. We carry them in a variety of colors, sizes and styles – they are the perfect go-anywhere tote.
2. Rewined Candles
Rewined candles are the perfect example of the recycling! These candles are made from recycled wine bottles and made from all natural premium soy wax and fragrances. The wine bottles are cut to create the holder for the candle and the wax is poured in. They come in delicious wine-centric scents like Pinot Noir & Champagne. The champagne scent is perfect for spring with its notes of white grape and honey – click here to purchase them online or visit us in store.
3. Plantable Kobo SEEDS Candles
What better season to give the gift of SEEDS candles than spring? Each candle comes in plantable packing that contains the same seeds as the scent of the candle, so you can grow the scent! The candles are handmade in New York State out of pure soy and come in yummy scents like tomato, sweet sunflower, poppy and thyme. To plant the packing you just soak it thoroughly and plant in soil, voila! Purchase these delicious candles in the shop or online.
