Dealer Space

If you are interested in being a dealer at the barn please email us at kelly@stylishpatina.com.  Our average rate is $375/month for a 10×13 space and 10% of sales to cover credit card transaction cost, marketing and accounting fees.  We require first and last months rent upon signing of the lease.  We do have heat and are open once a month usually the 3rd weekend of the month.  You can see our calendar of events here.
